2.2 If you choose to cancel your service, you must submit a Cancellation Request in the Billing Panel. The service will be terminated at the end of the current billing period (Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annually/Annually).
3.1 While we strive to ensure that servers are operational at all times, unforeseen events such as hardware failures and DDOS attacks can result in downtime. We cannot be held responsible for any lost revenue due to downtime.
33.2 In the event of a DDOS attack, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting downtime. If a particular client appears to be targeted, their services may be temporarily suspended to ensure normal service for other users.
3.3 Our unlimited storage plans are subject to fair usage limits. The soft limit for these services is 100GB of SSD storage. If you require an increase in storage capacity, please contact us via live chat or billing support, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3.4 We are not responsible for data loss caused by our clients' actions. While we will assist where possible, additional charges may apply for technical support in complex instances. The cost for such support will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
4.1 We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your service within the first 7 days of your plan starting (i.e., the initial billing cycle), you may request a refund by emailing us at [email protected].
4.2 Refund requests outside of the 7-day money-back guarantee period will be approved at our sole discretion.
